Thanks to these characteristics they are particularly suitable for weaning, in childhood nutrition and for those suffering from gastro-intestinal disorders.
Select Peeled Chickpeas are obtained from the hulling of chickpeas grown in Puglia, Sardinia and Molise.

Keep in a cold and dry place

Preparation

Rinse the cheackpeas and let them soak in cold water for 8-12 hours. Drain and rinse them. Put the chickpeas into a pot with plenty of cold water, bring to a boil and cook over moderate heat for about 55 minutes. In a pressure cooker, 25 minutes from the start of the whistle. Salt must be added at the end of preparation. Times may change depending on experience and personal taste.
