You can return any product purchased in our store within 14 working days from the delivery date, as follows:

  • Please make sure the products are in the same condition you received them
  • Prepare the package in the box you received (or in a box of equal strength and size) covering the information of the first shipment
  • Book the collection of the package at your address
  • Contact Customer Service within 14 working days of the delivery date to agree on the collection date and place

You will receive a refund which will include the cost of the returned products. This reimbursement does not include shipping costs incurred by the consumer for returning the goods, in accordance with the regulations established by the Consumer Code.
You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return, within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouses.
We remind you that we can only refund products returned correctly. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above we will not be able to issue a refund.

When our warehouse has received your return and verified that all conditions have been met, it will send you an email confirming acceptance of the return.
The refund time depends on the payment methods used for the order:

Purchase with Credit Card:
the currency depends on the institution that issued the credit card, normally it occurs within two bank statements.
We remind you that the credit date will still be the same as the debit date, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

Purchase by bank transfer:
the refund will be made to the current account that you will indicate to us at the time of return, so the time will depend on the correctness of the data you provide us, in any case within 14 working days.
