The Bio Select Pearl Barley comes from organic farming in the regions of Lazio and Emilia Romagna which, with their temperate climate, are perfect for the growth of this cereal. The harvest takes place between June and July. Thanks to the "pearling" process, which eliminates the outermost layers of the barley, it is ready in just 20 minutes! Bio Select Pearl Barley is a source of fiber and protein and 100% vegan.

Keep in a cold and dry place

Preparation

Wash the barley and then dip it in cold water, bring to a boil and cook over moderate heat for about 20 minutes. Cooking in a pressure cooker is not recommended. Times may change depending on experience and personal taste.
