Keep in a cold and dry place

Preparation

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a medium saucepan and pour in 2 tablespoons of Poppy. Cover the pan with a lid immediately to prevent the seeds from bursting out. As soon as the first seeds begin to burst, shake the pan without removing the lid. When all the seeds have burst, remove the pan from the heat. Add salt or sugar and serve.
