Select Borlotti Beans come only from Italian farms in Piemonte that share our same care and attention to obtain excellent products. We have chosen this region because in Piemonte borlotti beans grow healthy and luxuriant. The sowing takes place around the month of May and the harvest takes place after 70/90 days. Borlotti Beans are rich in phosphorus and a source of magnesium, minerals that contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Keep in a cold and dry place

Preparation

Rinse the beans and let them soak in cold water for 8-12 hours. Drain and rinse them. Put the beans into a pot with plenty of cold water, bring to a boil and cook over moderate heat for about 60 minutes. In a pressure cooker, 20 minutes from the start of the whistle. Salt must be added at the end of preparation. Times may change depending on experience and personal taste.
