Mix N.4 Energy is a source of phosphorus and magnesium which contribute to normal energy metabolism. The beneficial effect of phosphorus and magnesium can be obtained by consuming at least 55g of product in a day.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for good health.

Keep in a cold and dry place.

Preparation

Rinse and cook in plenty of water, over a low heat, for about 20 minutes from the start of boiling. Salt should be added at the end of cooking.
